The Tannersville Farmhouse is not a hotel and does not let out individual rooms.

 

The whole house is available throughout the year for  

           $1,200.00 per night 

           $2,400.00 per weekend Friday afternoon through Sunday evening

           $4,500.00 per holiday 3-day weekends Friday afternoon through Monday evening

Except for Holidays the house can be let for the week for

            $7,000.00 per week

​

Holidays like Christmas week and the week starting or ending with Memorial or Labor Day are $1,500.00 per night for a three night minimum.

Maid service is required. Payment can be left in cash $300.00 at the farmhouse or paid with your rental agreement for and additional charge of $350.00.
